- All orders will be dispatched on the day we receive payments before 8 a.m, excluding busy time like Christmas and public holidays
- Orders placed and payments cleared on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

We will accept product returns and provide you with credit (in the form of a voucher or gift card), refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description
- No refund will be given on free items or bonus items.
Change Of Mind
We can exchange an item for another item of your choice if you change your mind, given the postage charges are bared by you, the customer, and:
- You return the item within 30 days of purchase at your own expense.
- It is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Complete with instruction manuals and accessories.
If these requirements cannot not satisfied, we reserves the right not to offer an exchange product or refund for items.
Proof of Purchase: In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you purchased, you must have clear proof of purchase.

We will make every effort to locate transaction receipts through our system if lost or misplaced but we are not liable for the loss .
Damaged Items: We guarantee that all our products are dispatched in new condition without any damage or defect. All items are checked by our dispatch staff during packing and dispatch.
We will not cover any damage that has occurred as a direct result of negligence during transport and reserves the right to assess any damage at it’s own discretion to offer a resolution where applicable.
